It's good n all that I can cycle easily at 40-45 km/h now, but I have had my first accident today :-( My pedal caught on a barrier and stopped my bike.. Unfortunately, I didn't stop moving! #sprainedwrist

thanks, yes it is just my left wrist that is sprained! I stopped my fall with that hand! I just hope it won't be too bad and take ages to heal! I've done the RICE stuff.

It was kinda interesting because during my crash subjective time seemed slower! The objective time must have been only 3-4s before I hit the road.. but it felt like I had longer than that do decide on response!!

Tell me more about RICE. Also others have told me about time slowing down when they got into a bike crash and they used it to prepare their landing. I'm glad you're relatively unscathed and I hope you're not in pain?

hehe I don't get much pain from body injuries - it is my teeth that give me the pain!! I am sooo scared of drilling that dentists do etc!
