If you’re in a browser, you can drag the image into google image search and it’ll tell you where it came from.

(I just did, btw, and it seems the image is only from twitter and only from that account. So not necessarily stolen. But the account is following over 4000 other accounts, that is not something you do if you're a normal user because it's impossible to keep up with that many.)

Unfortunately Google image search won't show up where this photo was stolen from if it's for example stolen from Facebook. Facebook's robots.txt or similar measures will stop it being listed. Also they can use photos that are scrambled so look the same to humans but not similar
