The response is a combination of dedicated leadership, and conversation and engagement. My response: This is not “reverse sexism” it is action to FIX that which is broken. And toxic researchers (even/especially at the senior levels) damage the whole project

@HumanBrainProj 1st conference on gender and diversity#HBPGenderMatters. The Q was pointing out that you can *SAY* lots of great things about the importance of diversity, but if the (predominantly male) leadership & team members don’t want to change its a hard task1 reply 1 retweet 3 likes
