I literally never felt that weak. I thought shit I can't even put tortilla crisps in my mouth, I'm so dead.
Thankfully I had somebody to help.

I think because it hit right after a really though workout (yesterday evening). So I basically was without food exactly at the worst period. Did manage to eat dinner and protein shake but then no breakfast or lunch the next day (today).

It's possible but I think it's a larger interaction, like end of week, exercise, being a little too tired (lack of regular sleep), a little bit of a calorie deficit, etc.

Yeah, truly. One needs to be careful. I think the real danger zone is stress for me, which obviously all the above contributed to!

yeah, it's really important to have somebody who knows to basically ignore you, not make much noise, and give you water and food!
