As consolation: When Marilyn vos Savant solved the Monty Hall problem, she received thousands of objections from folks with PhDs. Even Paul Erdős didn’t believe her answer until he was shown the simulations. But ofc she was a woman so men had other reasons to doubt her too

Haha I wouldn’t use conditional probability problems to assess mental acumen. It’s too variable a measure.
