Oh and — before
@twitemp1 asks! — no migraine! Only a small one when I got to Stanford that resolved itself with meds.

Oh wow! Planes always bring on migraines for me, and often retrigger jaw pain.

Well, technically I had a migraine after I arrived at Stanford. And I wear my splint and my retainers on the plane even though it's gross to do so I'm sure.

I def plan to wear my retainers when I fly to Toronto in April.

Other airplane tricks: I take my contacts out; I constantly drink water and pee; I take my shoes off, often wear 2 socks per foot; I do a couple laps even 2-3 hours/when I remember; I try to sleep but don't force it (as naps can trigger migraines); I check https://www.seatguru.com

Also unbeknownst to a lot of people many airline seats have headrests that mould to your head (yes, in coach).

Also I took L-glutamine and BCAAs on the plane, generally these supplements help with feeding my muscles and making me feel less "dead".

Also forgot to mention nortriptyline, my prophylaxis, really helps. What are you on, if any?
