What was the point of telling you, NatWest, on the app that I'll be in the USA, if you were going to block my debit card anyway? Utterly ridiculous and obviously I got charged for receiving the many texts from you. Unacceptable service. @NatWest_Help

I see, glad to hear the cards been unblocked. JA

Me too. Not happy about this at all. You could have sent a single text with the free phone number instead of two texts with the only contact details being I text you back.
-
Extremely dangerous too to block a young woman's debit card when she's travelling alone.

-
On balance (pun intended) if I have to chose between risking 100 dollars in a lyft ride in the middle of the night in a dangerous city (the transaction you blocked) and my safety travelling alone. I'd rather you erred on the side of "losing" the $100. Think of it.

I'm gonna switch banks and take my ISA with me.

Thanks for the feedback. It would be a shame to see you switch, if you'd like to raise a complaint, please DM your full name, post code and sort code, I'll advise on the best way to get this raised. JAhttps://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=284540385 …

What do you mean by raised? Is there a non zero possibility that you'll pay my O2 bill?
-
By raised, we can get a complaint logged. If you've incurred a charge for texting, this can be investigated as part of the complaint. JA
