It's unblocked now but seriously I should not have gone through that and had to pay for receiving your text messages after I explicitly informed you I was going to the USA.

security measure. If you call this reverse charge number, we can look further into this 0044 131 278 0277. 2/2 JA

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by look into this? If you mean just talk about it, no thank you. If you mean, pay my O2 bill, sure.

It would be to discuss the transaction with you to establish if this is you or not Olivia. ST

You already unblocked the card and texted me to ask me if it's me, and I replied to you. So it's already established that it's me.
-
I see, glad to hear the cards been unblocked. JA

Me too. Not happy about this at all. You could have sent a single text with the free phone number instead of two texts with the only contact details being I text you back.

Extremely dangerous too to block a young woman's debit card when she's travelling alone.

On balance (pun intended) if I have to chose between risking 100 dollars in a lyft ride in the middle of the night in a dangerous city (the transaction you blocked) and my safety travelling alone. I'd rather you erred on the side of "losing" the $100. Think of it.

Hi Olivia, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies, if our security team suspect any unusual activity, they may still temporarily block your card until they've spoke to you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, it's just a additional 1/2
