Today was my second workout in 3 days with protein shakes (pre and post), BCAA, and glutamine. I think they def take the edge off my DOMS but nowhere near 100% nor 50% either — just the edge, making everything way more bearable. Also I really don't feel as wiped out.

Oops sorry.I think I might have been one of those people. It's way more complicated than I realised. sounds like you're finding things that help somewhat, which is great. Hope it goes away completely soon! Also thanks for posting about exercise in general, it's very motivating!

Oh, please, apology accepted. I was being 99% facetious.
Also glad to hear it's motivating.
When the weather is warmer I'll post more photos of my muscles, haha. -
Yeah definitely! The chats about exercise motivated me to go out for a run for the first time in months! I remembered how much I loved it. But going out there was the hardest bit. I hope to continue and not come up with excuses!

Yeah, starting is tough. To be honest, I motivate myself to go to the gym because it makes me happy so it's a benign cycle. But like you say, it's tough to get into the cycle.

Yeah it is tough to get motivated!
