Today was my second workout in 3 days with protein shakes (pre and post), BCAA, and glutamine. I think they def take the edge off my DOMS but nowhere near 100% nor 50% either — just the edge, making everything way more bearable. Also I really don't feel as wiped out.

I’m dealing with my DOMS with a delicious slice of orange cake in between foam rolling and it’s just occurred to me that this might not be the way to deal with DOMS

All down to @paweljmatusz! I think the trick is to take all these things exactly as instructed, so most right after you're done.
