Same, I've been hobbling up and down the stairs this morning... Kill me.
I don't disagree, I obviously have the same experience. But I'm not sure it's a good measure for the population level. That is, it's correlated but perhaps only for certain people.

It's interesting how the research describes it as occurring sporadically. I work out 3 or more times a week.
