So sore!
I worked out. Tonight itself chest, back, arms and abs. Then Monday bouldering.
Bouldering is more well rounded but everything hurts afterwards on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Also I could be wrong but last time I checked there's no evidence DOMS implies "a good workout" sadly.

I had a couple of mates that used to go bouldering, but most of them stopped. I did used to love it, but not something I'd do solo (not least because of transport). But many of my options are somewhat limited. No gym, it's all home resistance workouts.

My house is close to both a gym and a bouldering gym, so I'm really lucky. Bouldering for me is really fun because you get to see how much you're improving in such explicit terms.
