Yeah, so you're just like me. You get DOMS every time. I'm going to the gym tonight. Because being sore is fun!

On my legs, it is rather fun and a sign of a job well done. In my arms, it's a bit of an annoyance. My chest, though? No, oh, god no. But it is all a sign of a job well done, so the worst DOMS is better than... the best... non-DOMS? I think I've butchered the phrasing, haha.

Not sure I agree because it's literally every other day for me. DOMS in my legs is by far the worst for me personally, while arms, back, abs, chest, sides are bearable even if the same level of pain. Right now I just have legs, abductors, abducers, ham strings because that's what

I worked out. Tonight itself chest, back, arms and abs. Then Monday bouldering.
Bouldering is more well rounded but everything hurts afterwards on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Lol. I havent had it in ages but it always made me feel good because then I felt like I had actually pushed myself!

I don't think there's any evidence it's linked to a good workout though. I get it 3 a week.
