Armed with glutamine and BCAA pills and protein shake... In fact I've predrunk a protein shake just to be extra safe and popped the glutamine pills... I'm venturing to the gym. I've convinced myself I can avoid DOMS with this potion. But we'll see!

Me also. I have not so far had anything terrible BUT it's the day after the day after that is terrible for me. So waiting to see what happens tomorrow! So far just a little sore.

Yep - sometimes I can hardly walk the day after the day after training night (particularly bad for leg work). Sometimes I do yoga in between but not convinced it has sig benefits for the pain/stiffness part

OK, my thighs are feeling raw as fuck (usual DOMS). It's going to be hell tomorrow. CC @paweljmatusz — I will keep at it though!
