Armed with glutamine and BCAA pills and protein shake... In fact I've predrunk a protein shake just to be extra safe and popped the glutamine pills... I'm venturing to the gym. I've convinced myself I can avoid DOMS with this potion. But we'll see!

Damn you're working hard. I'm fortunate to only really get major soreness if I haven't gone in a while. I've learned to take it easy first couple times back...

I don't have times without DOMS it's exhausting. I've decided to see what I can do. Foam Rolling doesn't super help me sadly even though I know it's useful. Some of this must be individual differences too!
