I've also taken probiotic, multi vitamin, and fibre pills. If this works I'll be so glad. I typically have DOMS more than half the days in a typical week.

Oh oh, feeling really stiff and it's just the morning after. Tomorrow might be hell.

Watching this carefully - I seem to spend most of my time aching with DOMS. Anything that might help would be great!
-
Me also. I have not so far had anything terrible BUT it's the day after the day after that is terrible for me. So waiting to see what happens tomorrow! So far just a little sore.
-
Yep - sometimes I can hardly walk the day after the day after training night (particularly bad for leg work). Sometimes I do yoga in between but not convinced it has sig benefits for the pain/stiffness part
-
Same. I will keep you posted!
-
OK, my thighs are feeling raw as fuck (usual DOMS). It's going to be hell tomorrow. CC
@paweljmatusz — I will keep at it though!

What do you do when you get sick of drinking protein shakes? (if you ever)
-
Yeah, it's the first day BTW and I'm already not that into the taste. I guess you could just take BCAA pills maybe?
@paweljmatusz knows I'm sure! Maybe yoghurt?
-
mix them up wirh ur fav fruits nuts and yoghurt / milk? sometimes simply buying a new taste suffices

Thanks Paul & Olivia

my impression was that usually DOMS goes away as you train over time - just because recovery improves - I'm surprised it's chased you so long! I get leg doms first workout back after a gap but otherwise no longer - hope the magic works out
-
Yeah! It's so exhausting! Initially I used to be like you describe but I lost it even though I go regularly... Weird!
