Can anyone recommend a simple toy neural net modeller - one that lets you design graphically by hand, using only a few (<200) neurons?

This is close, but I'd like to be able to be more hands-on with it, including positioning of the neurons - kind of like neuronify, but with the ability to change the weights by hand or by learning rule

You can kind of change the weights in Neuronify by setting it's maximum current. It's still discrete signals, but we're considering adding firing rate models. We're also working on LTP/LTD learning. Feel free to share what you'd like to see in a future version :)

Just curious, not actually going to use it this way, but does it allow for interactive activation models too?
