Tbh I don’t think it’s particularly useful to change the pronouns for 98% of the population, but awareness, knowledge, and acceptance are always the right thing to do.

There are some confused identity adolescents where it pays to wait for growth and wisdom, but some are really clear for intervention right away.

Yes, I find that just giving kids room to be and explore is really helpful. It’s a TERF fantasy that people jump into surgical intervention.
