It's actually really inspiring! I should do some more exercise. Might be an idea to see a physio as well and ask about the pain if you have not already. When I had/have hip pain, pilates helps. But I don't recall the specific exercises. All the best!

I needed physio for my scoliosis but not for DOMS, it's just what happens when you take a break. I work out very hard.
