Something unfortunate or urgent has happened every day since I've been back from holiday. I still haven't managed to go to the gym. Close to a month now.

Just plough through, bad periods of time have to end at some point. Don’t forgot about taking BCAAs and or protein shakes.

BCAA + glutamine :) Lean whey protein should be ok. (Also, best to talk to the shop assistants - tell them what’s your regime/ how intensive and what your aims are; they often make good recommendations)
