Yeah, going today. Really in pain and stiff from bouldering this week.

Hopefully things will get better soon.

Just plough through, bad periods of time have to end at some point. Don’t forgot about taking BCAAs and or protein shakes.

In going to buy protein and glutamine today, anything else?

BCAA + glutamine :) Lean whey protein should be ok. (Also, best to talk to the shop assistants - tell them what’s your regime/ how intensive and what your aims are; they often make good recommendations)
