This one is a boat-tailed grackle.
Amusingly, I've never consciously seen a Common grackle (I visited CA before I knew about them). I've seen the Mexican grackle, the Carib grackle, and the boat-tailed. The infamous Common grackle that @elneurozorro resents, I am yet to appreciate in person in all its glory!
