My partner actually had a deficiency when he first moved to the UK. So we both take some but we're do pale I think our skin is trying its best. Also you don't make more if you spend ages in the sun as the radiation starts breaking it back down, but we are going to the sun!

Who knows! Just wanna see if I can do a little more as I think I've plateaued without extra food.
