Can’t say I’ve tried that, but as soon as the clocks change, I’m usually wearing an Under Armour base layer till they change back. I used to be a little chubbier back in the day and it wasn’t a drama. Now I have next to no body fat, the cold kills me. KILLS ME!

Yup. It makes me physically sick with migraine, tummy ache, you name it. I'd rather er on the too many layers side and be sweaty than er with too few layers and be cold. I also have a relatively expensive coat too — another thing I was severely missing when I moved here.
-
Mmmhmm. I hate too much bulk and movement restriction though, but I hate freezing even more. Although quite a few decent manufacturers of thermal wear have systems that move the sweat away from the body, leaving a slightly less grubby feeling. Still, grubby > freezing.pic.twitter.com/jHhH7Jazqe

I don't wear specific thermals. I think my underlayer is always cotton which helps. I also work out a lot, which comparatively has made me more cold-resistant.
-
*More* cold resistant?! For me it’s the polar (heh) opposite. I feel the cold far more prominently than before I started working out (about 18 months ago I started). Last year wasn’t great, this year is hell!
-
I think it depends. I have Renaud's syndrome. I also used to be on beta blockers. So I might be confounding stuff. I've certainly put on weight (muscle) since I started working out as much as I do about 3 years ago.
-
With enough muscle, you can kick the crap out of the cold!! XD A quick google of that syndrome, yeah that sounds pretty scary, even more so the fact that it can be brought on by stress.

First time I have heard of such a thing!
-
This is what everybody says. I suppose I'm just a very cold person.

-
Totally normal for both adults and children in the winter months in Finland.
-
Finnish winter is too Finns what London winter is to Olivia.

We have flannel lined jeans here for new England winters are long and brutal. They're worth every penny!

I guess that's exactly the same but more practical.
