In Paris, I saw worse (you can imagine) multiple times, in the park our lodging was looking at, in front of kids playing. People can be real gross

Also illegal. This guy also was making eye contact with me while I was leaving the area (so after like 5-10 mins), so obviously he was trying to fuck with me. Abusers are so easy to spot.
