Does anybody know any methods of minimising delayed onset muscle soreness other than foam rolling? I foam roll on leg days now but I'm wondering if there's more I can do?

FWIW I would be open to it, in this context, regardless of legality provided I personally thought it was safe/a good idea. To be honest, it feels like everybody in my neighbourhood smokes weed, the air is almost always fragrant. I just have issues with quitting cigarette smoking.

It can be had here as a CBD-only vape, or as a CBD/THC cocktail.
