Best way not to get muscle soreness is to exercise (a given muscle group) often, i.e., around every 2-3 days (which is hard to maintain).

I usually take aminoacids and vitamins pre/after plus a hot shower in the evening and in the morning. I think this also helps.

The hot shower has research backing it. So that one for sure!

If you're exercising +2-3 x a week, aminoacids are a good idea too

I'm exercising 4 times on good/most weeks. Legs, arms, legs, bouldering.

Really? Shall I get a multivitamin? Can you send me some readings if you've got them handy?

I just take the simple shopbrand multivitamin and hope for the best, as you need a variety & the alphabet likely depends on ur workout aims. Certainly BCAAs (and glutamine) are good to take, esp if u want to gain some muscle.

Mmm Bodyattack's combined BCAAs + glutamine is recommended and tested stuff
