Does anybody know any methods of minimising delayed onset muscle soreness other than foam rolling? I foam roll on leg days now but I'm wondering if there's more I can do?

then you should be careful, not to have vitamin deficiencies :)
-
Really? Shall I get a multivitamin? Can you send me some readings if you've got them handy?

-
I just take the simple shopbrand multivitamin and hope for the best, as you need a variety & the alphabet likely depends on ur workout aims. Certainly BCAAs (and glutamine) are good to take, esp if u want to gain some muscle.

What's a good bcaa brand?

Wow I'm glad it's a pill and I don't have to drink any protein shakes!
-
well.. you should.. but you can do without if you eat a protein-rich meal after the workout plus some simple sugars straight after to reduce the damage.

Yeah, I almost always (can't think of exception) eat a well-rounded meal within the hour. Do you think that's OK?
