I gymmed yesterday, BFR & all that. First time after 2-3 wks of ABs plus other end-of-yr moving-unis malarkey. Trying to wrap up a paper b4 xmas recess. <roll on the eyerolls>

So I know people say this too much, but I really see my gains pop out when I have week-long breaks.

Have heard that b4. But 2-3 weeks is death of the gains.. Cant wait to properly get back to it.

you can gain this back though — there's so much evidence that gains are easier (way way easier) to regain than gain
