I have cried at climbing from stress. Especially when I push myself to do something really hard/complex. So like touch the last hold with both hands, jump down. cry.

we need to climb together
-
That's hilarious. I love when ppl freak a bit climbing or let out weird noises
-
Hahaha. Bouldering is really emotional. You get angry with the wall and you wanna just fucking do it.
And then you do and you love the wall.

I was at the gym last night and causally next to me is Ashima shiraishi and Alex Puccio are in the same gym

That is so cool. Yesterday a to-be-maybe-PhD-student in a diff lab showed up to a meeting with his face all wrapped up under his chin because he fell boundering.

I gymmed yesterday, BFR & all that. First time after 2-3 wks of ABs plus other end-of-yr moving-unis malarkey. Trying to wrap up a paper b4 xmas recess. <roll on the eyerolls>
-
So I know people say this too much, but I really see my gains pop out when I have week-long breaks.

-
Have heard that b4. But 2-3 weeks is death of the gains.. Cant wait to properly get back to it.
-
2-3 weeks is way too long, yes
-
le silent cry. really didnt need to get ill but oh well.
-
you can gain this back though — there's so much evidence that gains are easier (way way easier) to regain than gain
