I feel so Seasonal Affective Disorder-y. I am relishing the pain from leg-day at the gym tonight. 😌

I have cried at climbing from stress. Especially when I push myself to do something really hard/complex. So like touch the last hold with both hands, jump down. cry. 😂

Hahaha. Bouldering is really emotional. You get angry with the wall and you wanna just fucking do it. 😒 And then you do and you love the wall. 😊

That is so cool. Yesterday a to-be-maybe-PhD-student in a diff lab showed up to a meeting with his face all wrapped up under his chin because he fell boundering.

So I know people say this too much, but I really see my gains pop out when I have week-long breaks. 😇

Have heard that b4. But 2-3 weeks is death of the gains.. Cant wait to properly get back to it.

you can gain this back though — there's so much evidence that gains are easier (way way easier) to regain than gain 😘
