Firstly, it's not "my" language by any stretch. And secondly, ask a straight guy how many guys he's slept with. You'll find out pretty quick "guy" primes/is male.

FYI in Greek the way to do it is using -@ endings. I have seen -x and -@ in Spanish, but I do not know enough Spanish to be able to comment.
