No problem and good luck. In theory it's easy to make work on mobile as it was easy to do on http://neuroplausible.com/gini — but I have a feeling your CSS might be in the way.

@mathjax team member here. This kind of result is (usually) either due to missing viewport meta tags or a (web)font with bad ex height metadata. Switching to the CommonHTML output via the MathJax menu should work around. -
