Still staying strong on the one coffee per day in the morning. No idea if it helps my migraines in any way other than creating a better routine. I can only realistically control the time of the morning coffee and not the afternoon one — so it has been axed. It is tough though.

You can do it! Once they get better perhaps you could try having a cup after lunch. Just keep strong!

That assumes I have a regular lunch, I think. But you are right who knows how far I might progress.
