What (if anything) helped you feel comfortable sharing your code? I often hear learners say they don't want others to see/review their code because they think their code sucks.

Has there been any intervention studies that you've seen? (e.g. I've always had idea for empirical study that if people knew their rate of implicit biases they could overcorrect and compensate, maybe reduce bias long term)

true story: my early rising comes from a trip to the UK. I returned thoroughly time changed, and decided to keep it. So it's "your" fault!
