Just figured out some basic d3.js for the first time using some GIS-derived data. Awesome stuff. Really exceptionally beautiful figures. Definitely using this for current work and more so for future work if I get the opportunity.

I'm really really getting into JavaScript. I love how it's like C had a baby that's a bit wild and edgy. Everything about it is happy-making. Maybe because it was the first language I discovered playing with looking at source code of websites when I was 11?

So many beautiful libraries and being able to just add the CSS and HTML. I'm kind of sick in the head literally though. But I'm so into it these last few days.

I even found a bug in some public code. So I'm a bit excited.
