Maybe I'm just really good at making stuff up at the last minute... it's like... "my calling". -
I think that's a significant portion of academia, so it works :)

And that's one of our biggest problems. Very little code review, & poor code maintenance (on average, there are exceptions of c.)

You mean nobody would bother to read my code, but they'd rather read text? I mean I can't SUPER blame them for that.

Oh for sure, I'm not blaming individuals. We have no support for good coding practices (in funding, service requirements, or culture)
