Am I supposed to deduce this is popular cos no1 has written such a direct guide before? Cos there's 100s of them — mine's somehow optimised?https://twitter.com/o_guest/status/926489531112742915 …
Is this a sign the ones out there — of which I've used/tried zero — are not very good?

It is difficult to find a good one that's short and doesn't make git seem more complex & unapproachable.

Fair, but it's surprising to me given how many were sent to me.

Most guides are seriously afflicted by the 'curse of knowledge' and tied to particular uses/platforms.

I use https://services.github.com/on-demand/downloads/github-git-cheat-sheet.pdf … (& haven’t tried yours), so it seemed rude & unnecessary to tweet you with that info :-)
