Worst Thing©®™ about missing work due to my chronic migraine is how much I would rather be at work in pain than not, but I just can't do it.
Missing a few days of gym probably affects my migraines negatively too. As well as missing meals from having to sleep.

When no painkillers work, sleep is a respite from the pain. It the only goto I have when being awake isn't required.
