I have migraine often, but usually it reacts well to drugs and I can go to work with slight or medium pain. I enjoy work, so often it helps.

Missing a few days of gym probably affects my migraines negatively too. As well as missing meals from having to sleep.

When no painkillers work, sleep is a respite from the pain. It the only goto I have when being awake isn't required.
