Missed work too.
Still feeling terrible.

Need to relax as I'm more upset because I've missed work and probably making myself more stressed out.
At least I can sit upright.Show this thread -
Slept for all of today. Still don't feel rested and could easily go back to bed. Migraines...

I know this may not help, but my friend w/chronic migraines gets botox & eats a ketogenic diet because drugs rarely work anymore
-
Yes, you need to keep a diary and make a case for botox on the NHS. I'm currently in the process of doing the diary part.
-
Oof, it sucks that you have to endure days of pain to prove you need treatment.
-
More like months and years, but yes, you're right. I think it's a fair system though for this part. I mean it makes sense to try other
-
prophylactics before jumping to 30+ injections every few weeks.
-
Oh absolutely, I don’t know where you are at for exhausting those options. I hope you get some relief soon.
-
I'm on nortriptyline having tried many w/ only candesartan left to try. I have about 3 days of migraine a week. Tiring but I'm not sad.

Gah! Multiple day migraines suck.
-
They really do. That misty feeling. Feeling like you're not clever or ability is lower or whatever... The worst in some sense.
-
It seems to me that the closer pain is to your head the harder it is to tolerate. Which makes migraines THE WORST.
-
Yessssssss!

Horrible! Only once in my life I had a 4-day migraine and it was hell. Can’t imagine how it is to have them THAT frequently... hugs
-
Yeah, I think, no sure, had one when I lived in Oxford for a week+. I even tried to cycle to work. It was OK although sometimes the pain was
-
too strong to actually cycle and I had to walk with my bike. Hormones are poopy!
-
Hell! Hope it goes away soon!
