I did so much bouldering yesterday my grip is whacked out. I've spilled two drinks because I have no strength to actually pick them up. 

It's the first time I've gone more than once a week. I had no idea going more than once a week would do this to me.

Partner's hand was bleeding from a bang and I scraped my elbow in the previous session (on last Monday).

Always hard to gauge gym ratings, but that's pretty impressive!

I'm doing stuff that I thought was impossible for me. Like jumping to get my hand on slopers and such. It's intense.

I do also go the gym gym 3+ times a week too. I am sure that helps.
