probs about the same, finger strength is my biggest weakness atm tho. I cycle home after and often barely have the strength to brake!

You should get one of those things you can fiddle with. Probably being smaller helps me as my finger strength is fine.

My whole arms, bicep, tricep, forearm, just refuse to pull me up often.

There is def technique to overhangs too... as in twisting your knee to take the load off your arms and extend... I'm not very good at it :P

omg its great, and helps on all routes. the idea is you twist your knee inwards, and this creates extra body tension which stabilizes you
