and the isles of the supermarkets are arguably way more gruesome than what @chrsmln posted w animals heads bloodied & biting their tongues.

No tofu, beans, or lentils for me, even though I love them — typical protein sources for veg*ans are pretty much off limits.

I just chose not to eat meat for various, including ethical but not only, reasons. I do eat fish though which makes me non-veg*an and I eat

wheat which makes me not 100% low FODMAP, for which I suffer but not that much. Being low gluten is very tough — I admire those who do it.
