Ah, I just realised you're Turkish Cypriot cos your data I'm British cos of mine. Remember before we joined EU etc we were all what our dads
-
-
data = dad LOL! Ethnicity back then in Cyprus was patrilineal.
-
Still is.. ;) don't be too optimistic about social change.. we are progessing; not that much
-
Ugh! Sorry! Anyway, my ethnicity is British but I get Cypriot citizenship, if I have the time to fill in the forms now! And get an ID again!
-
So you are Cypriot with Greek Cypriot ethnicity even though you're half Bulgarian — and I get to be Cypriot with British ethnicity, right?

-
When will the government realise there are only 1 million Cypriot in the world and so pretty much all of us are "half" something else.

-
Then again we have state and church sanctioned eugenics, so I'm probably asking too much. http://www.geneletter.com/cyprus-how-one-nations-culture-influences-its-genes-16/ …
-
All of the above incl thalassemia are because there aren't enough Cypriots so marrying each other = bad idea regarding genetic diseases.

-
So the solution I propose is that people like me are allowed to be Cypriot, so there are more of us in the world.
