I was pretty sure I recognized some names as real people, at least. Not many, but a few (but did notice many 'name changed' notes too)

Yes of course, the 8 people who signed the EEOC complaint used their real names and hopefully accepted that it would be publicized.

But the (unfortunately many) incidents involving others are labelled "This is a fictitious name used to protect the individual’s identity."

It's clear in the report that they gave their names to the university & many testified. Names were just withheld on public EEOC doc
