You can't tell just by looking at people how much they need a seat. Sometimes you can sometimes you can't. But with people who wear a beadge

you can know. I sometimes really really need a seat because of migraine but nobody can tell, for example.

I wouldn't ask anybody to be honest, but sometimes I take a bag with me just in case standing makes me throw up. I've been lucky so far!
