Thanks. I feel OK. I was more affected by the implication that to be myself I must shrug off/discard labels I fought hard to earn.

Clear & well understood. Being able to name acknowledges existence. Without labels, diversity can be erased by majority discourse.

I think that the best I can do is to refrain from attempting personal communication at which I’m clearly noxious

and limit it to conceptual matters, selecting very carefully the topic.

Never been considered a social person. P communication for me is much easier when I can see my interlocutor facial expressions.

I respect that and I hope/think you respect how much self-control it takes to not dissociate and even perform some emotional labour for you.
