I'm not sure the two are opposed, but yes, I don't like feeling an outsider it's exhausting. "Stimming" is another great one.

maybe it's not so much the labels themselves but their hasty use that i find appalling? it's as if people have an urge to put a name on

something before having understood it fully? idk but there's something about using labels as an excuse for bad rhetoric & a sub for reason.
