Does anyone know of a preprint server that allows you to upload HTML files and not these ridiculous PDFs?

I'm using "citable" in the academic sense, as in "archived, available forever, and has a DOI" :)

What I mean is explicitly, first use archive.is to create the downloadable zip, download it, and then upload the zip to zenodo.

@ZENODO_ORG is a good preprint server, but I _think_ it still only displays PDFs, not HTML1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Regardless the HTML is like you asked for: "archived, available forever, and has a DOI"
