Can I suggest considering an Open Space type session rather than a traditional workshop? This kind of issue has to avoid on much leadership.

Yes. Although I'd worry without some constraints it might end up with men driving the discussion or even worse silencing the women, etc.

That's a risk, true, but I think many men would be happy to have part of the day at least as "men can only listen" session
